morada stores the account information, project descriptions, property media, generated worlds, saved designs, private source links, and billing records required to provide the service. Users must upload or link only material that they have permission to use. Property and product photos can contain private details, so review each image before use and remove people, documents, vehicle plates, or other information that the service does not need.

morada records limited first-party visit information to understand which pages and campaigns lead to product use. This can include campaign tags, the first page path, the referring website domain, and the time of the visit. For up to 20 distinct public guides, tools, and examples in one journey, morada also records the page type, public page identifier, topic, category, and visit time. This record does not include prompts, uploaded media, viewer movements, or a full referring-page address. If you sign in, morada can connect that first visit to your account and later product activity. Anonymous visit records are deleted after 90 days.

Authorized service providers can process data when they supply hosting, storage, email, payment, or world-generation functions. morada does not publish private source photos, source links, private models, or private worlds as public examples without a separate publication choice. A user can create a controlled share for a selected saved world or design; the user is responsible for the people who receive that link.

Contact hello@morada.design to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some records can remain when they are required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal duties, or backup recovery. Do not email passwords, payment card details, or API keys.

A complete retention schedule and provider list will be published before broad public launch. Until then, do not use the service for highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential material.
