For help with a world, include its title and explain the action you took and the result you expected. If an upload or generation failed, include the approximate time and the message shown on screen. Do not attach private property photos unless support asks for the specific files needed to investigate the problem.

morada is an online software service and does not list a public walk-in office or support phone number. Email is the official public contact method. Messages about legal, privacy, and security matters can use the same address and should identify the request type in the subject line.
